If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

For live kefir products, we recommend receiving the package promptly after delivery and following the provided activation and care instructions.
Live kefir grains are living cultures and may require some time to become fully active after transportation.
Depending on the transit conditions, milk kefir grains may take a few batches to return to their normal activity. This is a normal part of receiving and activating a live culture.

Kelifta provides a replacement guarantee for eligible live kefir grains that are damaged or become inactive during transit, subject to the applicable product conditions.
If you receive a product in a damaged or unusable condition, please contact us as soon as possible with:

– Photographs or videos of the package, where applicable
Our team will review the issue and guide you through the replacement process.
Because kefir grains and cultures are living or food-related products, returns may not be accepted in all cases.
